Great home and super comfortable beds. The only negative was the window coverings for the bedrooms were only cheap mini blinds. Some inexpensive blackout curtains would’ve been very nice and enhanced a much more relaxing stay.

I rarely lead with communications, but I have to say that Joe was one of the best. The home was just right for our first trip to Fredericksburg with our older dog. It felt fun and comfortable. The back yard was great. The house was well maintained and spotless. Given the location, condition, size, and 2BA, it was a great value
