Inside, generous king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms give guests added comfort and privacy. A fully equipped kitchen, welcoming living spaces, and lake-facing porches make it easy to cook, gather, and settle in between outings.
The dock accommodates up to two boats when seasonal water levels allow. The boat hoist is not available for guest use. Guests may access all unlocked indoor and outdoor areas.
Downtown Geneva, wineries, restaurants, Seneca Lake State Park, Rose Hill Mansion, and Belhurst Castle are within a short drive. Bringing a vehicle is recommended because rideshare availability can vary.
Up to two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. Pet waste must be removed promptly to avoid a $100 charge. Parties and events are prohibited, and an exterior security camera monitors the front entrance.

Amazing stay! We stayed at this house in March for a friend get together. It was perfect. Very spacious, and every couple had their own bathroom which was very nice!

Such a warm and cozy home for our family. A fantastic space for sitting by the fire, reading a book, playing games with the family. And a lovely view of the lake! Highly recommend.

The house was very welcoming and comfortable, with a spacious living room and family room and very large bedrooms with super soft sheets and warm comforters. Despite very strong winds and real feel temps in the low 20’s, we all enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. White caps on the lake kept us on land but they gave us great views. It was a special family Thanksgiving.
