This booking location was fantastic, but there was confusion during the check in process. The front desk didn't have us listed for a reservation and it took around 30 minutes and reaching out through the Hotels.com chat to get checked in. The room is VERY spacious, but felt dated. Finding food, shopping and transportation was easy from this location.

We checked into our hotel very late due to our flight. When we arrived the room was not at all like the listing or the size that was advertised. One of the rooms was the size of a queen bed! The room was also crawling with ants, mites, and other bugs. We went downstairs to talk to the desk and was told there was nothing they could do about either issue until morning. We went back upstairs and booked a different hotel due to the false advertising and the bugs. Once they saw us leaving, they were *suddenly* able to get in contact with the owner and were able to magically offer us the room that was actually advertised. We asked to return to our originally room to take photo evidence, but were denied access. Desk staff were stand offish, aggressive, and almost threatening when we were trying to figure out the issue and leave. We left to another hotel due to this bad experience. We spoke to management the next morning and was told that since they offered us our originally room AFTER we were leaving, there was nothing they could do. They didn't ever allow us back into the room to take pictures, and offered no options about the bugs and ants in the room.

Big scam. I emailed them to confirm late Checkin then was told no problem. But they gave my room to others just bc I arrived in late night and there was no room available in this property.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with check in. The laundry inside the unit is also very helpful as well. There are several lights that are not working so beware of those switches that does nothing. The water tank in the toilet take a little long to fill up so be mindful between flushes. Overall it was a great stay.
