We loved everything about Maison Ginori Guelfa, from our host, our room and how close the walking distance to the center of the city.

This property is right in the heart of Florence. Location is within easy walking distance to all major attractions (and only a 3 min walk from Trattoria ZaZa and Mercato Centrale). Most importantly, the rooms are spotless and fully updated in a modern hotel style. The service from the owner was nothing short of excellent. It’s a 10! We would highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here — the apartment was brilliant and we genuinely couldn’t fault it!
Pierpaolo was a wonderful host: incredibly attentive, friendly and with fantastic communication from the moment we booked, before our stay and throughout our time there. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He also gave great recommendations for food and drink which was an added bonus!
The room itself was modern, stylish and finished to a really high standard. We had everything we needed, including a fridge, coffee machine, large TV and AC (which was very welcome!). The bathroom was smart, well equipped and, like the rest of the apartment, impeccably clean.
The location was also fantastic and really central, making it super easy to explore Florence on foot and get to all the main places without any hassle.
Just to note, the layout is a little different from a traditional apartment — there are individual rooms within each apartment, with a shared kitchen area. There’s also another fridge and an oven available if you need them. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage there after check-out as we had a later departure.
Overall, we had such a great stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. You won’t be disappointed! 🇮🇹✨
Just a note there are quite a lot of steps to the first floor and second floor apartments with no lift so just something to bear in mind
