Access and service to price, hotel offers water, coffee, ice for your drinks all free 14 hours, then you have vending machine at your floor,
Towels and bathroom accessories are provided and replaced daily without asking.
Checking in early up to 4 hours and check out late untill 2 hours was provided free of cost.
Local restaurant and massage centre right beneath the hotel.
Rooms were small confronting others but I think according to local standards It was enough for two people

Nice apartment but staff doesn't speak english very hard to communicate but it's ok one boy at reception he is very helpful and kindly definitely if u r in budget in Shanghai u can stay here

Staff were helpful, cheaper end for Shanghai, close to railway
Our room had no windows so it smelled of smoke bad, the bed pillow duvet all of it.
And the room with no window is tiny hardly and room to organise your bags or walk around
$$$$
