Lovely area, pretty grounds. Air-conditioning was very welcome in the heatwave. Large TV for the world Cup and shower was excellent
No email on arrival for door codes, no phone signal so had to drive away and find somewhere so we could contact them for codes. Road was very noisy and no speed restrictions so traffic very fast.

The room was clean enough and had AC. Comfy bed. Nice patio at front.
The road was noisy. The wifi was rubbish so we couldn't watch the world cup without lots of interruptions.
I paid in full up front but they also needed a security deposit of 150gbp which seemed a lot.

Comfortable bed and the walk in shower. A/C was great as it was hot whilst we were there.
The lakeside gardens were very pretty.
The bidet shower hose didn’t work and although there was plenty of hot water we’d have liked the shower to be a bit hotter.
The stables are very close to a busy main road but with the windows closed it wasn’t too noisy.

The property was lovely , nicely situated near Royston and Cambridge . The only issue we had was the water was cold and couldn’t shower for two days . The final day we had hot water !!
