Modern, sleek and had all the facilities you would need.
Too hot even with windows open, then noise from outside was distracting when trying to sleep.

The Wetherspoons next door was a bit noisy at 5am with the deliveries

Located up a side street from Truro town centre. Keyless entry was efficient. Comfortable large bed. Nice towels and shower. Very little noise from the street.
No air conditioning so could be hot in summer. A fan was provided.

Received code, very easy to enter property.
Decor was quite nice. Bathroom was nice. TV and tea making facilities were good.
The hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive.
Central location but this also had negatives.
The room felt very small and cramped.
It was extremely hot and while we had a fan, we needed to open the windows. The problem with this is that the accommodation is on an extremely noisy road. Taxis and delivery drivers use the road. It is next to a Wetherspoons so noisy delivery and recycling lorries were coming at all hours. The seagulls (presumably on the roof of the multi storey car park) were also deafening.
Unfortunately a few things in the room also caused a problem such as the noise from the solar panel unit. We asked the host and eventually turned the system off to stop the loud clicking noise which disturbed sleep.
The bed was large, but very soft so not the most comfortable (although that is a preference thing).
