The staff were very friendly.
We were able to relax and just chill here.
Wifi was great! Perfect for people working remotely.

good location. Staff were friendly. Internet service was fast inside the room so that's a plus. there's a spacious parking space.
Saw a lot of areas that need maintenance. The pool had some tiles removed/ Chirped - not safe for kids. the door to our room was extremely hard to open or close. it was such a struggle each time we went in and out and to lock our room. Change the locks if possible. Should have more food options, specially Italian / pasta choices, since it seems to sound like an Italian-inspired hotel from the name itself - Bellisimo.. i expected more Italian food choices.. hope there's room service as well since we prefer eating inside the room.. i guess this resort is really promising. they just need to improve these areas.
