Beautiful, spacious, smelling great, very clean and modern, centrally located, the host is very nice, replying within minutes, kind and helpful. We had such a great experience and will recommend it and hope to stay there again next time we visit athens.

Helpful was the AC in the hot summer and a separate toilet. The way to the Metro is short

Modern, so much space, completely equipped with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Location was amazing as well as there is a variety of stores and restaurants just around the place as well as the metro.

This apartment has great potential. It is very modern, has good lighting throughout, and air conditioning in most rooms. It comes equipped with all the essential items you may need for a short stay. The location is convenient, as it is close to a Metro station, and our taxi had no trouble finding it.
We encountered several issues with the apartment during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations, as we noticed a number of untouched areas (we took photos for reference). Additionally, some fixtures, such as the towel rail, toilet paper holder, and door handles, were loose and often fell off. Some bedding had stains, and about half of the towels provided were not clean. You have to turn the hot water on by the mains and wait 20 minutes for enough water for two people (we were a family of four). The surrounding area of the apartment felt a bit run down, and we observed some dangerous litter on nearby streets (drug paraphernalia), which unfortunately can happen in many cities.
With a bit more attention to detail in maintenance and cleaning, this apartment has great potential. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience and make the stay much more comfortable.
