Little Gem in the heart of Ambleside

Location was a short walk to everything needed to enjoy Ambleside. Facilities in the cottage were excellent to enjoy a fully self catered holiday.

The only issue was we were unable to keep the bedroom window open and the bathroom window could not be opened. However there was a note on the bathroom window saying it was awaiting repair. Neither of these things affected how much we enjoyed staying at Hazelnut Cottage and we fully intend to book again in the future.

Lovely stay in an excellent location

Excellent location, close to the town centre and easy to park down the road as a permit is provided. The cottage is well equipped and very clean.
