The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a fridge and an electric kettle. The location is fabulous — you’re near a busy Chavchavadze avenue but in a quiet corner of the yard at the same time. The host is very friendly and hospitable, she made us feel comfortable, providing the things we lacked (like washing powder). The air conditioning system was working perfectly. The Wi-Fi connection is really fast. The terrace is very beautiful and convenient.
The air is very humid, as the apartment used to be a garage and is located on the ground floor, so our clothes couldn’t dry up. The shower doesn’t have any skirting, so the water gets all over the place and you have to wipe it off the floor every time. All in all, it didn’t spoil the impression.

This is a good value for money place however, you have to understand that staying just in the middle of the Vake affluent district in Tbilisi at this price means that you have to be ready for some sacrifice. The apartment is basically a former converted garage. So space is limited. There is still a small patio in front to sit and enjoy tranquility of a yard. You do not have neighbours so no disturbance - from the right is another garage which is yet to be converted, from the left this is empty space, and there is nobody from the top. There is a private school yard from the back. There are maybe six to eight similar properties - former garages turned apartments - in this yard, so you are not alone. The bed is hard and comfortable. There is a supermarket across the street where you can buy ready food, and just further away, Degusto cafe, opened Mon-Fri 9-18 that offers ready dishes at very reasonable price. Two large and well-cared parks are nearby. A metro station - Rustaveli - is three bus stops away. The host is helpful and lives nearby, and arranged early check-in at no charge. I will recommend this place mostly for summer stays!
I wish the host did more planning before the conversion. As the apartment sits right on the ground, the floor - made of ceramic tiles - in the room and the bathroom can get damp and does not dry up easily. Electric floor heating across this small place should have been installed during the conversion, and all dampness problems would have gone, alas, it is missing. So the environment inside the apartment may be alright during hot summers, however, it is a bit chilly and damp even during the spring when I stayed there. A separate heater is there but it is so basic that it does not have a temperature switch.

Отличная уютная квартирка, в которой есть все необходимое для проживания, как на несколько дней, так и надолго. Замечательная отзывчивая хозяйка. Отличная, в меру твердая кровать и тишина - все, что нужно, чтобы выспаться. Расположение супер. Обязательно вернусь еще.
Два стола кажутся излишними для небольшой площади, но это никак мешало.
