The communication with Thanos was excellent. The apartment is close to the beachfront and 2 fabulous tavernas. But it's not noisy. The apartment had a much needed Aircon which worked really well.. The fan in the bedroom was also effective. The area has a great supermarket about 200 metres away, and the area is quiet and perfect for a relaxed holiday, but with the opportunity of buses and car hire, boat excursions within walking distance. An ideal spot and we found everyone so friendly.
There's not much natural light into the kitchen/lounge area, as the shutters outside the window don't open. There were only 5 hangers for clothes which was way too few for a week's holiday with 2 of you. I did ask for more but was told that's all the apartment comes with. The shower is not at all practical as you have to hold the shower head, due to no attachment on the wall (bizarre). The glass screens are small in height and width, so water ends up going everywhere. I'm not sure if they were going for a wet room design, but with it being so small, the toilet, mirror sink all get wet. The smoke alarm went off while we were there due to low battery which I had to remove, but no one came to change it during our stay, despite being aware. Didn't worry me as we didn't use any cooking facilities, but for a health and safety worrier, not ideal.

Heerlijk appartement op een fantastische locatie. Dimitris is een vriendelijke, snel reagerende host.
Van het appartement niets maar neem oordopjes mee als je met het raam open wil slapen. Tot 2 uur gaan er hordes dronken Engelsen vanaf het strand (bijna) langs je slaapkamerraam.

A long time Messonghi visitor and these apartments are perfectly located and excellent value for money. It had everything you could need.
They could do with little more insulation for noise reduction, it was like people above were in the room with you.
But having said that I would definitely stay there again
$$$$
