Did not eat here
Room 33 had a weird smell in the living area. Smaller room compared to 32 which was breathtaking.

I can’t speak highly enough of our stay here!! The views are spectacular, the staff are kind and welcoming, the rooms were decorated so nicely with great aircon. It was perfectly quiet while still being in a great location and delicious food downstairs.

When I booked the room, I thought it was to be charged in full two days prior. But when we arrived, we were told the room was taken. Luckily, there’s another bigger room with view available but we were asked to pay $267 to stay in that room. We settled for $200. Maybe when I booked the room, I accidentally clicked on “pay at the hotel” instead of “pay now” but the extra money we didn’t budgeted for.
With that being said, the room worked out well. We had the ocean view and a balcony to enjoy it. I saw the most beautiful sunrise from there.
The restaurant downstairs was excellent and it’s practically on the beach. The hotel concierge was very friendly. Friendly staffs.
The hotel entrance was very hard to find and the roads around it were confusing.

Lo que me gustó es la limpieza y la ubicación.
Betty una buena persona y muy amable pero no resolvió nada en cuanto a la habitación la cual no me dieron la que reservé o no es clara la información a la hora de hacerlo. Además de eso el aire acondicionado que es fundamental para descansar no se sentía en el aérea de la recamara. Y también hay un empleado venezolano que se llama Juan muy amablemente mentiroso que tampoco resolvió nada de las incomodidades del aire pero estuvo muy bueno para hacerme el cobro a mi tarjeta antes de que yo quedara conforme con la habitación asignada. Luego me dijo que el check out es a las 11 am cuando es a las 12. Digo tirando para menos su actitud.
