Una decepción. Falta de mantenimiento

Muchas camas y la ropa de estas estaba limpia. Los espacio son grandes para grupos.

Se oferta en booking como “Chalet exclusivo el Candado” aunque podría llamarse perfectamente “Chalet destrozado y descuidado el Candado” y reflejaría mucho mas la realidad que nos encontramos al llegar allí. Exterior que poco se corresponde con las fotos: una piscina sucia, con moho claramente visible a lo largo del bordillo y falta de numerosas piezas de azulejos que podrían haber provocado algún corte en el pie (tal y como pudimos comprobar que ya ocurrió en agosto de 2024 según una reseña de otra web y que ojalá hubiésemos leído antes de reservar). Sofás de la zona chill out rotos y sillas de jardín sucias. El interior, totalmente descuidado y en un estado deplorable: humedades y agujeros en las paredes, armarios que no abren, perfiles desprendidos en la entrada de todos los baños, horno insalubre, lavavajillas sucio y averiado y vajilla con restos de comida de huéspedes anteriores, además de huevos/excrementos de algún insecto en todos los baños. Es cierto que al comentarlo con el administrador de la casa nos intentó dar algunas soluciones, mandando de nuevo al equipo de limpieza para adecentar lo que fuera posible, cosa que agradecimos; pero también nos indicó que todo lo anterior era responsabilidad del grupo de huéspedes inmediatamente anterior y no de la negligencia del propietario. Sin embargo, la naturaleza de los desperfectos indican por si solos que eso no es del todo así, y esta parece ser la misma explicación que dan a clientes que les ha ocurrido lo mismo que a nosotras. La realidad es que ya no se trata únicamente de un problema de suciedad o de falta de mejoras en la vivienda, sino sobre todo de una falta absoluta de mantenimiento por parte del propietario para que pueda ser alquilada en condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad. Toda una decepción.

Espaciosa y tranquila casa para familias grandes y grupos de amigos

Una casa enorme con habitaciones bien cuidadas y espaciosas, baños renovados funcionnado perfectamente. Zona de comedor grandísima para poder compartir comidas, cocina bien dotada con todo lo necesario. Patio y piscina que hacen olvidar que tienes la playa justo al lado. La casa tiene parking propio. Muy atentos el propietario y el equipo de limpieza Entorno muy tranquilo, bien comunicado y con supermercado a 1 minuto Relación calidad precio muy buena

Estancia inmejorable.

Hemos estado un grupo de diez amigos y ha ido todo fenomenal. pudimos quedar con el anfitrión en cuanto llegamos y nos explicó y enseñó todas las cosas relevantes de la casa. Es un lugar perfecto para ir en grupo de amigos o en familia. Las habitaciones han sido geniales cada una equipada con su aire acondicionado/calefacción. Las vistas que tienen sus diferentes terrazas y la ubicación de la casa en sí han sido inmejorables. Un placer.

Vivienda con mucha necesidad de reparación y mantenimiento.

La ubicación buena.

El mantenimiento fatal, es una vivienda que ha estado cerrada, parece que se ha abierta para esta ocasión. Puertas desencajadas. En algunas habitaciones el aire no funcionaba, en otra el marco de la puesrta estaba reventado, las mamparas del baño desencajadas. En resumen una vivienda que necesita mejora y reparación para alquilar. El jardin parecía que lo habian recortado esa mañana, pero no habian terminado de recoger todos los restos de jardinería.

Una casa enorme con habitaciones bien cuidadas y espaciosas, baños renovados funcionnado perfectamente. Zona de comedor grandísima para poder compartir comidas, cocina bien dotada con todo lo necesario. Patio y piscina que hacen olvidar que tienes la playa justo al lado. La casa tiene parking propio.
