Guest access This is a private home with a private fenced back yard. Parking includes an attached two-car garage and three driveway parking spots, there is enough space for a trailer as well. All areas are private and designated for your use. Other things to note Though we do everything in our power to keep our amenities fully functioning, they can, as most things do, breakdown. We cannot predict when that happens and therefore we are not obligated to refund any money due to non-working amenities (hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, etc). If this occurs, we will make every effort to get the problem solved in a timely manner - this may or may not occur during your stay.* We ask that you report any issues with the hot tub (dirty, cold, etc.) within 30 minutes of your arrival so that if an issue exists, we can work quickly to try and get it resolved.
