Freshly renovated, basic but comfortable room. Good shower with enough water pressure and hot (even if you like boiling showers). Ample space to park. Very good close location option to Modena, but note you surely need a car. Alessia who welcomed us was super friendly and helpful!
There are neither amenities nor breakfast but this was known in advance, for an overnight stay it’s perfectly fine.

La struttura è molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. Abbiamo avvisato dell'orario di arrivo, oltre quello ordinario, e abbiamo subito ricevuto una risposta positiva. Alessia è stata molto gentile e ospitale. Peccato aver trascorso poco tempo.

Das Badezimmer war neu und toll besonders die riesige Dusche.
U Avatar nicht gefallen, dass unser Zimmer zwei Türen zu jeweils anderen Räumen hatte. Die eine ging direkt in die Rezeption und die andere war eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer. Die Türen waren zwar abgeschlossen, aber es war trotzdem ein unangenehmes Gefühl, zumal man jedes Wort der Person im
Nebenzimmer hören konnte und wir uns auch deshalb fast nur im flüsterton unterhalten mochten, um die anderen Gäste nicht zu stören.
