La proximité avec les plages des 2 mers.
Les équipements de l'appartement.
L'ascenseur.
La climatisation performante.
Le parking privé en sous-sol.
La réactivité des propriétaires et des collaborateurs.
La vue magnifique sur la mer méditerranée et même un petit bout de la mar menor.
Le fait que la piscine n'était pas accessible pendant les 4 premiers jours sans que je sois prévenu.
La difficulté a obtenir une facture ou un reçu même si j'ai réussi a l'obtenir par persévérance.
L'isolation phonique très moyenne.
L'emplacement était bien mais ça manquait d'entretien dans certains endroits des quartiers alentours et quelques bâtiments abandonné.

Las vistas desde la terraza muy bonitas. El piso muy nuevo. Con todo lo necesario y muy cuidados los detalles.
Quizá estaría bien algún pequeño champú para el primer día hasta poder comprar.
El recibimiento por parte de Jorge estupendo.
Alrededor hay supermercado y restaurantes.
La zona es muy tranquila.
La playa de Pudriel estaba más lejos andando de lo que ponía, ya que hay que andar hasta llegar a zona de arena, unos 10 minutos.

It was exactly as shown on the photos and description was true.
The apartment was well equipped and very clean and quiet. Great location
There were 1 set of towels and 1 bed sheet.
I would have liked a second set - 1 to use, 1 to wash but this just a minor observation.
There were deckchairs /parasol supplied and some may need repair/ replacement-but again a minor detail. The property is well equipped and in very good condition.
The pool area lacks a bit of atmosphere!
