L'emplacement est très pratique, proche de la gare et du centre ville, l'appartement est bien aménagé et tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous assurer un séjour agréable (draps supplémentaires, dépôt des bagages...)

Chambres et living : le logement est spacieux. Literie très confortable. Très calme. Sympa de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres sur la cour intérieure en RDC. Hyper bien placé, l'hyper centre de Tours à pied, la boulangerie pour les croissants du petit dej aussi. Très facile de se garer dans la rue devant la porte sur le boulevard.
Excellent contact avec l'hôte : réactif et facilitant.

The apartment is very well located close to the city center. It is spacious enough, and the mattresses were comfortable. The kids appreciated the kids toys available in the living-room.
However, the place wasn't very clean (essentially dust in every room, lots of crumbs under the master bedroom's rug), some appliances were broken (toaster) and it was a bit noisy until around 8pm. The pillows are very thin. Also, if you have a SUV, know you won't be able to use the free parking space inside and will have to park in the street. Overall, I think it wasn't a great value for money.
