Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Gute Einrichtung der Wohnung. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zugewandte Vermieterin.
Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur durch ein kleines Klappfenster belüften, was bei hohen Außentemperaturen etwas problematisch sein kann.

Die Lage, ruhig und doch relativ zentral.
Die Hitze. Die Wohnung ist im 2 Stock, unter Dach und es hat nur ein Dachfenster, dass nicht viel zur Durchlüftung beiträgt. Hätten wir nicht selbst einen Ventilator dabei gehabt, es wäre fast nicht aushaltbar gewesen. Da es in den nä Jahren, klimatisch gesehen, eher heisser wird, muss man sich diesbezüglich was überlegen.
