The location is excellent (great for a midway stay between Yerevan and Tbilisi), and the general vibe of the hotel is great. The surroundings feel unreal, really picturesque. The staff at the reception are polite, speak moderate English. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very delicious and full!
The drain in the shower is not installed in the lowest part, so water collects. After taking a shower there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom, probably due to low water activity throughout the hotel - there were probably only one couple apart from us staying in the whole building.
Also, the mattress is very squeaky and noisy if you move a lot at night.
Staff at breakfast table did not speak English.
