Il Poggiolo Fiorito ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, gut gelegen im Zentrum von Taranto. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man braucht, und alles funktioniert auch! Sehr praktisch ist der im Preis enthaltene Parkplatz in der gerade nebenan gelegenen Tiefgarage. Zudem gibt es neben der Wohnung eine kleine Küche, wo man sich gratis mit Kaffee, kleinem Gebäck und Fruchtsäften bedienen kann, was sehr grosszügig ist. Und Fabio ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation mit ihm ist ausgezeichnet.

La struttura è pulita in maniera impeccabile, ristrutturata di recente e arredata con davvero tanto gusto. La colazione è abbondante, con tantissime cose a disposizione. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la qualità delle lenzuola, degna di un hotel… uno degli aspetti per cui sono spesso restia a scegliere i B&B, perché purtroppo non è così scontato trovarle. Ho adorato anche i due cuscini extra a disposizione, un piccolo dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza! Il bagno è MERAVIGLIOSO
Nulla da segnalare, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole.

Très jolie chambre, propre et vaste. Ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce c'est qu'il s'agit d'un appartement avec 2 chambres/salles de bains séparées par un "hall commun". Il ya une jolie cuisine bien équipée à disposition des hôtes avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon petit déjeuner : thé, café biscuits, confitures….
Nous n'avons pas du tout entendu nos "colocataires" car l'appartement est bien isolé.

La posizione della struttura, centrale e con il garage a due passi. La spaziosità della stanza e del bagno, la comodità del letto, e l'accoglienza, la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la professionalità di Fabio.
Per me e mia moglie, che siamo abituati a una colazione classica con caffè e cappuccino, andava tutto bene. In generale forse la disponibilità di spremute o succhi di frutta renderebbe perfetta anche la colazione nel cucinino in comune
