Great location near the train station and several restraunts/bars. Neighborhood is nice, has several families and multi-age groups. Has washer, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. The lady who greated us was very kind. Communication overall was good throughout time leading up to stay. The host speaks English and Spanish, if that is a consideration.
There was nothing significant enough to disreccomend. Room was pretty warm and stuffy upon check in. However leaving windows open for a bit then utilizing AC resolved the issues in a few hours. It did take a bit for the AC to cool down the area after return from outing, so it would be best not to turn it up too much if leaving for an outing and plan on coming back within a few hours of sleep. Lock was a bit tricky, but I was able to open with a bit of wiggling.

Good location, good size apartment
The apartment is located on the top/attic floor, and directly above it there seems to be the elevator machinery. Unfortunately, it is extremely noisy. Every time someone calls or uses the elevator, the machine starts working and creates a very loud noise inside the rooms of the apartment. Because of this, it is difficult to sleep properly and rest normally.
Another issue is the shower in the bathroom. There is nowhere to hang or attach the shower head, so you have to hold it in your hand the entire time while showering.
This is not expensive to have, but it makes a big difference to the overall comfort. A bit more attention to detail would make the stay much better.
