A/C in each room quiet and very efficient; clean and good equipment in the kitchen (besides the kettle which „produced” small plastic particles; quite close to each and every shop you need and 3-4 restaurants; close to to casa del aqua where you can fill the bottle witch cold/sparkling water; bicycles for free use; 2,5km to nice beach almost all the time in shadow

Stairs inside - terrible! Very creaky; some doors on first floor also creaky; no rubbish stoppers for doors (very difficult to close them quietly
