Very spacious and tastefully designed villa. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very nice and generous outdoor area, practically another outdoor living room. A lot of different spaces to relax.
Cleaning: the house should have been cleaned everyday and towels and bedding replaced every two days. None of these happened during our 4 days stay. We are not very demanding on this, but it may disappoint some other customers.
Location: the way to the beach is not very pleasant. We like walking usually, but it’s better to have a scooter here as the roads are busy with no walkways.
Breakfast average. Not much choice, but ok.

Very spatious villa with large bedrooms and modern design. It's located 600m from the village so you need to walk to the restaurants a bit but
Staff is always there and ready to help.
Breakfast was nice, prepared and served in the villa.
Although safety deposit box is not usable (locked and just put on wall without being screwed), we felt very safe.
Bedrooms are missing some furnature - there are no closets/wardrobes in the entire house.
Cleaning should be improved for the accomodation of this type - bathrooms were OK but kitchen felt like it could use a proper cleaning.
Also the pool got full of dust and leaves quickly but that was because of the wind.
We got used to a daily cleaning through similar accomodation in Indonesia and here cleaning is not done by default and you need to ask for it - generally OK to keep privacy but perhaps something that could be checked with guest.

Personnel très serviable et réactif qui nous a assisté efficacement pour organiser nos excursions et déplacements, avec une communication fluide. La villa elle-même est joliment décorée, propre et spacieuse, avec des lits confortables. Tout était en parfait état de marche. Le service de lessive est disponible gratuitement ainsi que la préparation du petit déjeuner. Quelques restos dans le coin et possibilité de se faire livrer. Supérette basique à 20 mns à pied. La plage de Selong est jolie abstraction faite du manque d’entretien dans certains secteurs.
Il n’y a aucun rangement dans les chambres malgré l’espace disponible. La pression d’eau dans les douches est plutôt faible. La villa est située dans un champs de tabac à 20 mns à pied de la plage de Selong dans un environnement très dégradé : route étroite et non éclairée la nuit, aucun trottoir, singes et chiens errants, déchets et habitations rurales de type bidonville…Cela rend les trajets à pied ou en voiture peu plaisants. Le recours à une voiture avec chauffeur est indispensable, il n’y a pas de taxi ni de vtc. La conduite de scooters sur ces routes est dangereuse. Une mosquée se situe à proximité immédiate et l’appel à la prière à 5h du matin est fort et impossible à ignorer.
