Food preparation and attentive staff ok variety of breakfast / continental style buffet ,room service very good fresh cooked food of course depends on the order,style cost of food serve.
Professionalism was observed ..i forgot to request for receipt of payment for my own file of expenses.
Mattress comfortable but bedsheets and towels looked old and not clear white in colour.it needs bleaching use of SONROX including of course pillow cases.i am not advertising sonrox sorry.
Very shiny and slippery floors risky for old people ,seniors .especially..i did not expect a single fly to sleep with me .She or he ( referring to the fly )didnt leave the room maybe till i check out.

Breakfast buffet
Incomplete things inside the room like coffee cups and pillow but the room attendant gave ASAP our needs. Next time double check the room especially if the guest made online booking.
For the receptionist and all staff or department knows whether the guest made online booking or not.

Location is convenient for us. Love that the SM is across the street
Th property were under maintenance and they assigned our room same floor they were painting. The strong paint odor were smells thru the whole floor as well as inside the room. We requested to be moved away from the maintenance area and they did. They should not have put any guest on the 5th floor to begin with.
