Comfortable beds and sofa. Great location easy to get to everywhere.
The plates and cutlery were dirty. The first plate I grabbed has tomato sauce splotches and visible food marks. The bathroom taps, shower and bath were covered in limescale. The kitchen sink had a fowl smell as the drainer, sink and sponges were all dirty and old. The toilet rolls were not replaced and were the scraps left from previous guests. The main bed had several stains on the mattress and pillow protectors. There is a mouldy plant next to the tv. We had to decide whether we wanted the fire or tv on due to lack of organisation with plugs. Also the tv remote batteries were completely dead. There is no guest book with essential information such as fire safety and how to use some products like heating. The bean bag was quite literally just thrown in the middle of the floor and it clearly broken. Also the front door key sticks and gets stuck.
