Ужасно. Всё ужасно!
+ расположение, но я сама выбирала квартиру в удобном районе
+ женщина из clining чисто убрала квартиру.
- входная дверь, если закрыть изнутри квартиры, легко открывается снаружи. Безопасности нет.
- долго отвечают на сообщения
- владелец поменял квартиру на другую
- нет Wi-Fi
- вся мебель сломана
- душевая кабинка сломана, двери не закрываются
- слив в раковине открытый и сильно шумит
- фен не работает
- только 1 полотенце, хотя бронь на 2 человек
- чайник грязный
- посуда битая
- холодильник плохо работает
- розетки еле держаться.
Заранее, за неделю, был оговорен ранний заезд в 10-00. Ещё с аэропорта я позвонила владелице квартиры с вопросом, когда можно будет заселиться? Ответ был:"Сейчас уберут и заедете". В итоге пришлось ждать 4 часа. Сначала шел дождь, мы ждали в кафе. Потом ждали на улице. На улице жарко, я с ребенком, с чемоданом, под палящим солнцем. Проходит 3 часа и владелица квартиры меняет квартиру с ул.Момышулы на ул Дауылпаз 🤦♀️ Приходится ждать, когда там уберут. На связь выходит редко, как будто она незаинтересована.
В квартире убрали чисто, но мебель старая, еле держится, кровать скрипит. Розетки вываливаются. В ванной предоставили только 1 полотенце, хотя нас двое. И я заранее спрашивала про чайник, фен и полотенца. Душевая кабинка не закрывается. Чайник ужасно грязный, я даже им не стала пользоваться.
Очень хорошая слышимость. Спишь и слышишь как соседи ночью заходят в квартиру.
В этой квартире дверь закрывается на маленький ключик, при чём если закрыть изнутри, то можно легко открыть снаружи. Спать тревожно. Никакой безопасности. Технику (ноут, Ipad) пришлось брать везде с собой.
Оплату владелица квартиры хотела через перевод. Я настояла, чтобы выставили счёт. Потому что уже всё похоже на мошенничество.
Я обращалась в тех.поддержку Booking, чтобы отменили. Но ответа не было.
Очень хотела сменить эту квартиру на отель.
Никому не рекомендую!

Бронировал квартиру за 2 недели, когда приехал на адрес мне сказали что квартира занята, в итоге другой другой адрес опять добираться до места с двумя детьми это крайне неудобно было плюс сказали что цена будет выше не 16 а 20.000 в итоге испорченное настроение и потраченное время сама квартира нормальная но адрес другой Так что вот так хозяйка не ответственная не предупредила заранее потратил деньги на такси, испорченное настроение и потраченное время.
