The appartment is very spacious, even if the kitchen is on a bit small size - especially if you want to sit and eat with 5 persons. We received really a lot of informations how to check-in (codes for the key-box) and other usefull information by whats app and the host was very quickly available, when we contacted him about a problem with one of the air-conditioning units. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms - which was appreciated on our long trip. Appartment was clean and we could even check-in earlier than foreseen.
I think with a bit of investment, this would be really a jewel of an appartment - I like the high ceilings, the old parket...but some things feel a bit too rushed or not being taken care of so well. Some electricity plugs need fixing and the showers could also use a make-over/fixing. I think this would not cost so much and would be really a great added value because the appartment is otherwise really nice, spacious and very well located.

Struttura in posizione eccezionale. In 20 minuti sei al centro di Torino. Casa accogliente con tutto il necessario in cucina. Gentilezza e cortesia.
Un climatizzatore non funzionava bene, e uno dei due bagni praticamente non si poteva usare. C'era sempre un cattivo odore anche senza averlo mai usato.

Jó elhelyezkedés, 3 külön hálószoba, felújított konyha. Nagyméretű lakás, liftes házban.
Meglehetősen lelakott lakás, jelentős felújításra szorulna. Nagyon alul felszerelt konyha- nincs se micro, se kenyér piritó, konyha eszközök is alig. De leginkább a megfelelő ágynemű hiányzik, október közepén egy szál lepedő az ágyon és néhány vékonyka plüss takaró a lakásban. A vendéglátó csak olasz nyelvű üzenetekre válaszol.
