Easy to find home
Friendly welcome
Huge place, lots of room to spread around stuff
Bonus washing machine that wasn't even listed on features
TV, Internet, AC (the AC cools mainly the living room only but wasn't issue)
Full size refrigerator and kitchen
Two markets literally across the street
Quiet and safe area
Very slight smell of smoke I think (or other?) - but couldn't say for sure and wasn't a comfort issue.
Within a reasonable one night price range but on higher end compared with other similar properties - not a deal breaker just an observation based on my many stays so far on my bicycle tour
