Property, inside and out, needs an upgrade

The lake.

LOUD free standing a/c units with hoses out windows (ugly) - no closet or drawers in 1 bedroom - outside often smelled like a sewer - no grab bars or bench in shower (safety concern) - peeling ceiling paint in shower - house across from us let their off leash large dog charge at us and our leashed dogs (1 time but that made us leary every time we walked dogs up the road) - dilapidated shed door where we had to put our kitchen garbage was dangerous (attached by only 1 hinge) - internet was intermittent and slow - electric cords stretched across rooms to reach outlets (ugly and possible safety hazard) - not enough electric wall outlets (1 in bedroom didn’t work) - NO garden view as advertised - no back porch light - disgusting stagnant water in tiny drawers in front of kitchen sink - no recycling bin - why isn’t the refrigerator level? - broken plastic bin in yard collecting water and perfect spot for growing mosquitoes - large muddy puddle in parking area that needs to be filled in so 2 cars can park (don't park on grass signs are laughable...what grass?) - outside yard was not appealing with oil tank, wood debris, dilapidated shed, broken plastic bin, patchy 'grass' - outside grill was disgusting and unusable - outside of house desperately needs maintenance and paint
