Quaint and the staff were very welcoming.
The shower. Too many steep stairs and steps to access room. Not serving breakfast and having to have a main course evening meal instead.

Bar and restaurant services were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable. A special shout out to Amy in the restaurant for her vigilance regarding food allergies.
Rooms accessed by steep external stairs. Requested a twin room but got a double with no explanation. No mobile phone signal. No hotel staff after 8pm. Breakfast service not available during our stay.
