Was good on location, wouldn’t stay again.

It was close to the hospital as to why we were there.

Cleaning fee but kitchen utensils & cookware were filthy. Drink splatter on wall. Didn’t look at requests before stay. Hot water was next to non existent which sucked trying to clean kids for bed time.

Nightmare stay

The only good thing about this property is the location

We booked accommodation at this property as my son was booked to have surgery at the children’s hospital but his surgery was canceled 5 days out so our stay at this property kicked off to a bad start when I requested a refund 5 days before check in due to surgery cancellation and refused with no compassion shown at all. So if booking at this property to attend the hospital I would suggest against that. The noise from the sirens and traffic made it absolutely impossible to sleep. The coffee mugs were dirty with coffee stains in every single one. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed in one of the rooms that you could see in the mirror whilst sitting on the bed. The lounge smelt like wet dog. The car park is so small not big enough for a big car and check in at 3pm in peak hour made it a nightmare to get onto the car park. We had two nights without hot water. I contacted the owner via text and did not receive a reply for two hours later at 10pm and they asked me to go check the hot water system which they had no idea where is was “either the garage or on the side of the house”. I also did not receive check in details until 30mins before check in after talking to someone from bookings and then contacting the owner. Would never stay here again and would not recommend anyone to stay here especially accommodation for the children’s hospital.

Location was handy, it was clean and tidy.

The property was well presented, however we found the overall stay less comfortable than expected. The bed was extremely firm and it was noticeable that it was made up of two beds pushed together, which impacted sleep quality. Pillows were also quite minimal and very flat. The check-in process required completing multiple links and forms to access property information, which felt a little cumbersome compared to a more straightforward hotel stay. Unfortunately, between the comfort issues and the check-in process, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations and we would likely opt for a hotel next time for ease and comfort.
