Great room with a fantastic park for kids.

The room was really nice and the park down below was excellent for kids.

Great stay for great price.

Easy check-in. Everything was as good on the spot like on the pictures. Enough privacy as there are no other apartment windows opposite. There was a lovely park outside (seen from the window) with children playground and water fountain. Easy parking under the roof (no sun or snow on the car) and next to the main door. House has elevator so suitable for handycapped person also. Apartment had great bed and comfy sofa. Liked that all kitchenware matched. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Whole house including apartment is recently built so everything is beautyful and in order. Quiet area and short drive to old town. Nearest place to eat is Hansa tall or Alexandri. Next to the river that is great for walks and big grocery shops nearby on foot (Prisma etc.). Host was polite and quick to answer. Would recommend to others and will book again if needed.

Perfect for staying in Tartu

Our stay was really comfortable. There is everything you need in the apartment and it’s new. We used a playground because we came with our kid, it was quite nice.

Maybe it would be better to have more paper towels 😅 but it didn’t bother us.

Sisetemperatuuri pole võimalik reguleerida, kuigi termostaadid on igas ruumis. Omaniku väitel on need teenusepakkuja poolt lukustatud. Korteris oli peaaegu 25 kraadi, magamistoas umbes 24. Kuna õues oli jällegi krõbe külm, siis akende avamine tekitas ebamugava ebaühtlase õhu. Meie jaoks kahjuks ebamugavalt saunalikult palav ja kuiv õhk, mistõttu öö ei möödunud mugavalt.
