Miejsce zakwaterowania znajduje się w lewobrzeżnej części Kutaisi, nieopodal rzeki. Podejście na odcinku ostatnich 100 m jest bardzo strome, wjazd samochodem możliwy, ale brak jest miejsca na zaparkowanie. Uliczki wąskie. Gospodyni udostępniła nam parter domu w którym zamieszkuje - osobne wejście z tarasu. Bardzo dużo zieleni na wspomnianym tarasie. Pomieszczenia trochę niskie, zieleń zatrzymuje dużo światła słonecznego. Kuchnia wyposażona wręcz profesjonalnie, dużo sprzętu do dyspozycji. Gospodyni bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna, kontaktowa, w ostatni wieczór poczęstowała nas winem własnej roboty i upieczonym osobiście ciastem. Dziękujemy serdecznie.
Charakter miejsca można określić mianem agroturystyki. Ubikacja i łazienka znajdują się poza trzema pomieszczeniami mieszkalnymi, trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz aby z nich skorzystać. Problemem, moim zdaniem jest śliska podłoga pod prysznicem. Wejście bez obuwia może zakończyć się bolesnym upadkiem, być może oddzielenie go od części z umywalką mogłoby rozwiązać problem.
