Whole check in/out process was over messages, so we didn't have to arrange meeting with anyone.
Location was just perfect for us - easy to drive out of the city in any direction without traffic. Walking distance from supermarket and fast foods. Parking available right in front of building.
The futon bed made a horrible noise whenever someone moved even slightly, and it was not very comfortable. Our kids slept on the futon and didn't mind it, but as an adult, I found it quite uncomfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, but we were missing some basic dishes and utensils. There were only two large 0.3-liter glasses, and there was no proper chef's knife, only a small semi-sharp knife.
The towels we were provided with had a damp, musty smell. It was unpleasant, although somewhat understandable given the high humidity on the island.

Anfitriã excelente, pedi para fazer um check-in antecipado e acedeu prontamente, tínhamos um problema numa persiana que não nos incomodava assim tanto mas a mesma fez questão de resolver na perfeição sem querer incomodar a estadia.
O alojamento é super bem localizado, confortável e ideal para quem necessita de ficar em Ponta Delgada.
Recomendo vivamente quer pelo espaço quer pela anfitriã!

El apartamento bastante amplio, ubicado muy cerca de un supermercado Continente. Ha sido fácil salir para coger la autovía.
Descripción de un sofá cama en el salón está completamente incierto, en el salón existe un sofá normal, imposible para dormir. En la cocina hace falta un inventario y un mantenimiento, igual como en el baño.
