El piso es grande como muestra las fotos , las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado cada una el salón igual. Dos baños en muy buenas condiciones.
3 minutos caminando a la playa la cura . Luego en coche 11 minutos playa náufragos y 12 minutos playas la Mata. Para alicante Una hora Muy céntrico para desplazarse a distintos lados.
En la av. Marítima tenéis restaurante y bares , supermercado al costado de la casa.
Solo el aparcamiento es un poco complicado aparcar apartir de las 19:59 h.
El aparcamiento hay que buscarlo unos 12/18minutos

The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was great — close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and quick. Beds were comfortable, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Parking could be a bit tricky at busy times, and the Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in some rooms. Apart from that, everything else was great.
