Comfortable and quiet, close to shopping for groceries and great beaches for snorkeling. Close to town to do some great tourist attractions without being in the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. If you want a peaceful, private place on the North Shore this is 100% your place to stay!

The location and cleanliness of the house.
The bathroom definitely needs a remodel. The condition of the tub and shower is unacceptable for the price charged for the rental. I tried to clean the backyard tabletop and a chair, but the house didn't have any cleaner available. I raked the grass but didn't know where to put the dead leaves and flowers. There wasn't an inside broom to sweep the floors.

Excellent location— right next door to Sharks Cove, which is the snorkeling & tide pooling area. Slightly farther walk to Three Tables (small beach with lots of shade), and about 10 minutes walk to Waimea Bay which is the big beautiful sandy beach with the jumping rock. And yet it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood that doesn’t feel touristy. It even has a little yard. We also appreciated having a machine washer & dryer to do laundry!

The location is a short walking distance from popular beaches. Short drive to grocery store, Waimea Botanical Garden and other activities. Authentic North Shore living. Although mostly old and weathered, a-lot of equipment available for enjoying beach activities: bikes, surf boards, beach chairs. etc.
There were ants and cockroaches. The smallest crumb on the kitchen floor or countertop attracted the bugs.
TV in main bedroom did not work. The TV remote in the main room required new batteries and it was difficult to access streaming apps.
