Very roomy and good area to stay in for the weekend. Easy access to bars and restaurants. Great view and staff on desk very friendly, polite and helpful
Online check in is a pain
It would be easier if the arrival instructions included that you enter the building called Angel Gardens and, departure instructions informed you to leave the key in the apartment.
There isn’t a microwave but kitchen facilities are very good. There was only 1 bin in the whole place (kitchen), no handwash in the bathroom (used the shower gel) and several lights not working in the bathroom.

This is a clean and bright flat in a new and secure building. It has a gym which is useful. The location was great for the conference we attended. They had some dishwasher tablets in the apartment, which was handy. The bed was comfortable. The decor was modern. It was well cleaned. The staff that I spoke to were polite and tried their best to assist.
The deposit process was unnecessary and irritating. The passport checking via their own app was arduous and took several attempts, I am not sure how they will use all of the personal information that they required. The business that owns it contacted me off the Booking app when asked not to, including using AI chat bots that asked irrelevant questions and could not actually assist in any way. I find this ruinous for the environment and nowhere near as effective as talking to a human. We had 24 hours of trying to get a second key after a miscommunication about the key box and how it is used.

Location and the building's facilities were great. Kitchen was well equipped and the room and bathroom were spacious
The apartment hadn't been cleaned for some time - the shelves were visibly dusty and there were socks and a fake nail in the wardrobe, as well as crumbs on the sofa. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We weren't sent the code for the key safe to access the room key and had to call the company number to get it. The building was also having maintenance work done, which we weren't made aware of, so we had to wait in the room for over 30 min for the work to be done one morning, as I was not comfortable leaving my luggage unattended with a stranger.
