La situation géographique. Les équipements. La propreté. Il ne manque rien dans ce bel appartement. On est près de tout, mais au calme. Il règne dans l'ensemble, des le hall d'entrée dans l'immeuble une belle sérénité. Les petits cadeaux d'accueil. On a l'impression d'être dans une maison d'aristocrates Grecs.....un peu privilégiés. Le nec plus ultra... l'ascenseur qui arrive dans l'appartement. J'adore et j'ai hâte de revenir le plus vite possible.
AUCUNE communication sur place avec l'équipe qui gère l'appartement. Nous avons eu des soucis de messages et e-mails SPAMS. Venus d'Indonésie et de Russie... excellentes copies à s'y méprendre. J'ai écris à l'email que j'avais et à Booking également. RIEN. SILENCE TOTAL.Alors j'ai téléphoné au numero Grec . Je suis tombé sur un répondeur et j'ai laissé un message pour expliquer et être rappelé....RIEN!!! Personne n'est revenu vers moi pour me rassurer. Quell gâchis!Un appartement splendide mais pas de communication dans ce groupe qui possède plusieurs propriétés.

Lokalita je výborná, v tichej bočnej ulici, ale v pešej dostupnosti metra, reštaurácií, obchodov. Ubytovanie bolo v poriadku, v byte bola rúra, mikrovlnka, dostatok riadu, umývačka riadu, práčka, žehlička, fén na vlasy.

The location is handy for access to Athens sights. There’s bottles of water in the fridge. It’s fairly clean and the sitting area is spacious. The aircon was great.
The room we got was not what we booked. There was no balcony. When I asked the owner by message about it I got an appalling response (I’m not repeating it here) But apparently I should have been happy as this apartment was the same size.
There was no view of anything other than walls from any window apart from one which looked onto the front door.
The bathroom was tiny. The shower was terrible; handheld shower head only and weird jets.
The flooring is tired, old scratched laminate and really needs replacing.
There was a treadmill in the bedroom making it much smaller and awkward.
There was a coffee machine but the pods supplied were not the right ones for the machine…
I should have been made aware in advance that the room I booked wasn’t actually available. Then I could have made an informed decision about staying or not.
