Large spacious 2 double bedroom penthouse flat with various balconies including a rooftop solarium balcony which is part of the flat
Fittings are a bit dated some of the cupboard sliding doors and doors to the rooms don’t close propane bathroom fittings including taps showing signs of age

the property was excellent value for money - although a little bit of a walk (about 15-20 mins) from Finikoudes the property was very spacious with great facilities for the price we paid

Modern and clean facilities, in a lovely building with pretty much everything you could need for a self catering holiday. A lovely Chinese restaurant, bakery, supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance.
Excellent value for money.
The location was good, because we had a car and didn't mind the 25 minute walk to all the main bars/restaurants and marina, but might not be everyone's ideal location.
We didn't use the pool as it was quite small and cold and there was no furniture around the pool. A lounger or two would have encouraged us to use it, and there were no beach towels.
