In old town and centric
Strong smell of cigarettes and very hot in room no control to turn on and lots of mosquitos in room.

Clean hostel, good mattresses, relatively quiet ambience, prompt customer service messaging service, good plugs
Slippery shower stall floor. An anti-slip mat would be nice.
No fridge although advertised! There was a smelly Coca Cola-style bar fridge in the hallway, unplugged and kept with the door closed and leftover food :( When someone tried to plug it in, it was very noisy so it was unplugged. I would have graded this hostel a 9 or a 10 if there had been one or two regular clean working fridges.
No chair, stool or table in the room.
The ladder for the upper bed is unusually difficult, there is a risk of falling/ accidents in the actions of stepping and grabbing onto it. Steps are very far apart, difficult/risky for short or average people.
Risk of small accidents like spraining your ankle on the Covaci street that the hostel is on. Uneven paweway, several stones/ elements etc are out of place/moving.

The bed was comfortable. The area was good. There was a water dispenser.
A girl from the Palpatine team was insensitive. I arrived at the hostel at 3 am and asked to meet to charge my cell phone and she refused and also added that it was my problem. I had to be on the street for over 4 hours with questionable people.If there wasn't something from the restaurant to open the door for me in the morning, I would have stayed out for more hours. When I entered, I discovered that there were only 3 guests in the hostel. The woman from the phone service said you need to check that your bed is ready. Of the two-story deaths that were in the room, I had the high bed on the 2nd floor, which was uncomfortable to climb on. The climb was oppressive. There was no place to put the towels in the shower. The cleaner who helped me pick up the clothes that fell behind the locker Every time she saw me, she laughed at me behind my back with another cleaning lady. The locker was open at the back so I couldn't properly put my things away without fearing that I would have to wait for them to help me out again.
