I really liked how well-organized, clean, and tidy the apartment was. Everything was thoughtfully provided, including an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and all the other essentials, so I didn’t need to bring many things with me. I truly felt at home. It was also great that a sun lounger and parasol were available to use. The view from the terrace is lovely, and there is also a nearby hostel where you can rent a bike if needed. The host is friendly, helpful, and very responsive.
The apartment is located in an older building, so my first impression was a little surprising, but once you enter the apartment itself, it is perfectly fine. It is on the third floor, which might be inconvenient for some people. On my first day, Google Maps didn’t show the most convenient pathway, but the host explained that there was a shortcut, which made it easy to get around and reach everywhere quite quickly. The locals are also friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience very pleasant.

Очень аккуратные светлые апартаменты с прекрасным видом. Красиво оформлены, много милых деталей - видно, что хозяева обустраивали жилье с любовью. Удобный просторный новый санузел со стиральной машиной. На кухне много посуды, есть, даже кофеварка.
Обычно, когда мы приезжаем в апартаменты, то сразу идем в магазин (бумажные полотенца, пакеты для мусора, соль, масло и пр.) здесь было все!
Тихо, вокруг сады и аромат цветов. До набережной минут 10 пешком через красивый парк. Рядом остановка автобуса до Котора.
Великолепные хозяева: всегда на связи, помогали со всеми вопросами.
Апартаменты находятся на четвертом этаже, нас это не затрудняло, наоборот- мы любим жить на верхних этажах, но для кого-то может стать проблемой.
Апартаменты небольшие, пространства для приготовления кулинарных изысков маловато, но в Тивате прекрасные кафе и рестораны. Кровать, тоже, не очень широкая.

Location is very good, within walking distance to markets, downtown, and the waterfront. The apartment was well-equipped with most things one would need, nicely decorated, and very quiet and dark at night for good sleep. The owner was kind enough to pick me up at a hotel in town and it was easy to check out.
The bed was quite firm, which took getting used to; it could use a mattress topper. The apartment is 4 stories up (7 flights of stairs), as well as being on a hill, so it might not be suitable for all guests. And the owners should get together with neighbors and do some maintenance on the stairwell - sweeping, mopping, painting - as it is not very welcoming as is.
