Beady Mawr is a truly beautiful barn conversion that has been done to a very high spec & is very well equipped with the most stunning view. We were a family of 9 of mixed ages & it worked perfectly. There is so much to see & do in that area & Beudy Mawr is perfectly located to explore the Snowdonia National Park & beyond. I have to mention the beds too, the mattresses were amazing, we all slept so well. The whole property has the ‘wow’ factor.
You have to be mindful that to get the absolutely amazing view, you do have a steep drive at times to get to it. But honestly, it is so worth it.

Stunning location and the house is finished to an exceptional standard. Having four bathrooms was very convenient and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. Watching the sheep around the property was lovely. You have no neighbours and feel truly surrounded by nature. Ample parking and a good social space in the kitchen/living room/ conservatory. Excellent location for Portmadog, Caernarfon, Bangor, Snowdon, Penrhyn. There is a Tesco close by in Portmadog with a petrol station and Tesco will deliver to the property.
The outside space is secure (walled and gated) but small if you are taking dogs. There is a lot of green space around the property but dogs need to be on leads due to lots of sheep (not a problem but worth being aware of before your stay). The road up to the property is well maintained but requires a confident driver as it is steep and narrow, there are two ways to approach the property, both are very quiet and we only encountered other cars on two occasions to give way to (Tesco successfully delivered to the property, so any vehicle can access the house).
