Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist hier wirklich alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt absolut.
Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben gut geschlagen. Von außen sieht das Gebäude zwar auf den ersten Blick gar nicht danach aus, aber innen ist alles sauber und gepflegt.
Lage & Anbindung: Die Busanbindung nach Venedig liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür – ideal für einen Ausflug ohne Stress.
Service & Parken: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein riesiges Plus: Wir durften das Auto am zweiten Tag nach dem Check-out sogar kostenlos im Hinterhof weiter parken. Das ist in dieser Gegend keineswegs selbstverständlich!
Frühstück: Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine tolle Auswahl: Kuchen, Schokoaufstrich, Marmelade, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Obst, Cerealientypen/Kelloggs, Kaffee, Milch, Wasser und Säfte.
Für eine Übernachtung und einen Venedig-Besuch absolut zu empfehlen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Location, with easy bus straight to Venice every 10 mins ( right outside the hotel, free car parking
Extra sitting areas available and the extra toiletries were a nice touch , good breakfast, very comfortable and advice on visiting Venice 10/10

Looks a little run down , however once you get inside it surprises you

Its location is very convenient for changing the car to public transport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for the night and the breakfast was enjoyable.
Parking lot is open, it’s on the street in front of the hotel and it made me feel a little insecure.
