La Corte del Poeta, gestito con efficacia e con notevole attenzione nei confronti della clientela, da secoli ospita viandanti e viaggiatori di passaggio. Oltre che dai gestori è popolato da un buon numero di gatti e altri animali, che vengono comunque gestiti con discrezione. L'eserrcizio sorge al centro di un borgo meraviglioso, anche se ormai poco popolato, ricchissimo di ricordi di antichi commerci di bestiame e di opera d'arte moderna realizzate in forma d'affresco da diversi artisti a partire dagli anni '60 del secolo scorso. Si dorme nel silenzio più assoluto, cullati dal getto di una fontana che si trova proprio sotto l'albergo. Disponibile un pasto per la sera, ma va assolutamente concordato almeno il giorno prima del pernottamento. Camera spaziosa all'antica, ma dotata di ogni strumentazione utile al viaggiatore.
Nulla della gestione, che va bene così com'è. I viaggiatori che non si muovono in auto sappiano che il borgo non è servito da alcuna linea regolare di trasporto pubblico, e che in Paese non esiste possibilità di ristorazione, nè di spesa alimentare, salvo che nei week-end, dove apre un chioschetto.

t meest beviel ons dat het een uniek en schattig plekje is, met alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden, heel compleet en sfeervol! Daarbij werd er ook nog heerlijk voor ons gekookt, echt waar voor je geld.”
Wat ons minder beviel, is dat het iets te gehorig was.
