This property is located at the metropolitan area ,5mnts from airport, close to Restaurants, Pharmacies, Pubs, Cafes, Supermarkets, Police and Fire Department. From the Unit to Old San Juan is 10 to 15mnts ( depends on traffic hour).

Great property, even better location. Beach, pool, plenty of food options. Property has plenty of space and great balcony you can enjoy the beach from. Great A/C too!! Only minor issue is there is a temporary water rationing order, this makes it where there is no running water between 8 am-noon, 2pm-5pm, and 6 pm-9 pm. Easy enough to work around.

Property was clean, well-equipped and located near lots of eateries and shops. Communication with manager was smooth. We had a great time and view.

Maria was great with communication and checking in with us. The unit is comfortable, safe and clean. Easy access to the beach and pool. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. About a 20 minute car ride to Old San Juan. Will definitely recommend.
