Cabin was sweet but lacked numerous items - only one knife, one pot, one small pan for cooking. Some basic condiments like salt/pepper would have been great. There was a drip leak from the AC unit in the living area. The broom cupboard was so stiff we couldn’t open it easily. Floor was sticky from the humidity. No duvet covers provided. Resort is very nice!

It was a wonderful stay. We had a great cabin, near the pool. Loved the shuttle to the park. Staff were great. Thank you for a great stay.

The cabin was cute. Bathroom could have been cleaned more around the toilet and the exhaust fan didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a sack of potatoes.

Great place for families with kids. Would like to see more entertainment options for people of all ages. Cabin was supplied with enough towels, trash bags, and toilet paper for 1-2 days which was not adequate for our 4 day stay. I didn’t see any of mention of needing to bring additional supplies which would have been nice to know so we could have prepared more adequately. The office has limited hours so be sure you could there before they close if you need anything.

At check out the clerk was wonderful and very kind. Check in was easy after hours. The cabin was very cute but could have been cleaner. The area was quiet even on Saturday night and close to Mason and many things to do.

There were dirty cups in the kitchen and no fire extinguisher. The cable is also horrible if you're staying in the cabin. But staff is very helpful and efficient
