It’s about a 4 minutes walk from JR Nippori station(South Exit). Lots of stores, shops, convenience stores, even a supermarket right next door. The location is just great. There are no elevators but it’s not so bad. Our room is usually on the 3rd floor so it’s just takes like 10 seconds to get up there. All of your check-in info, such as your room number and electronic door lock code will be emailed to you and sent to you via the Booking app quickly after completion of online pre-checkin, which you must do on your phone after 11:00am the day you’re actually checking in. Takes less than 5 minutes so again, not too bad. Once inside, the rooms look pretty much exactly how they do in the pictures. It’s an older building, but the staff keeps the rooms as clean as possible, fresh towels and bedding, floors and room are always clean. Rooms come with a microwave and refrigerator, house slippers, hairdryers, tooth brushes and other amenities. There is also free WiFi. The beds are comfortable and large. The rooms are not super fancy, but you will definitely feel comfortable and the fact that the rooms are kinda big and spacious, nothing else really matters. The rooms are also non-smoking which we were so happy about! No bad smells! I’ve met one of the staff workers a couple of times and it seems like she works really hard. She might be the only housekeeper on the whole property. She was very kind.

No TV. Please think about adding a nice big television to your rooms. If so, it would be perfect and make the room feel more like a home.

Close to train station

Toilet space was very small and tight to get in. Had to clear rubbish before leaving property. Only had one towel for the entire stay.
