We liked the location. Nippori is perfect starting point for Tokyo. Convenient 8 minute walk from Nippori station. Breakfast at Art Lungwood was great.
Room was a bit tight, although to be fair I should have been extra careful on choosing the rooms. The room we stayed in would be perfect for 1 or 2 travelers.

Excellent location for access to Skyliner ( fast train to Narita airport)
We had room 103. Supersmall but it served it’s purpose. It’s a very basic hotel. Mind you. If you travel with a lot of luggage you probably don’t have enough space in the room. We shipped all our luggage direct to Narita a few days earlier (we traveled with small backpacks with necessities).
