It was so close to Nippori station. There were several good places to eat within a few mins walk, a 7Eleven opposite. I did understand why it’s called Harmony- but that’s for another day!
On my own & happy with all, perhaps they could offer breakfast in the/their coffee bar at front, or give it a push for residents.
Also no need to change bedding daily, wasteful.

Superb location near Nippori station in Arakawa (literally 4 min walk once you know the way). This means easy access to the city centre (by Yamanote line) as well as a single-train option to get easily to Narita airport. Large, clean room: Actually the room turned out to be an ex apartment adjusted into hotel room standards, which means ample space compared to the regular hotel rooms in Tokyo. Good price (as I managed to snatch a last minute discount).
Friendly staff that did what they could to help with some shortcomings (see next section). Elastic check in times.
Problems with WiFi and air conditioning (which was tricky considering that Tokyo was quite hot during my stay). And because the vicinity of the train tracks, sleeping with open windows means train noise.
